It is with great honor that Fight Like a Grrrl takes on the great responsibility of teaching self defense to Girl Scouts! From Daisies to Ambassadors, we will be teaching grrrls how to set boundaries, protect their bubble & defend themselves if in real life danger. Our society has raised girls to be quiet, endure discomfort from unwanted touch, never hit & to never say no. Enough is enough. It is a big responsibility, but we take it very seriously. Lots of dedicated thought, discussion & practice has gone into writing a program appropriate for these Grrrl Scouts. It is outrageous to have to teach them so young, but the time is now to start changing the culture. Strong is the new pretty! Fight Like a Grrrl Scout!
